About Us
Our dedicated team of providers includes MDs, an audiologist, a psychiatrist, and APRNs. All have a wide range of clinical experience and a deep understanding of the VA disability claims process. This results in consistently high quality reports to best help our Veterans.
We are located in the Windmill Office Plaza at the 215 and East Windmill Lane. Liberty Exams is located about a quarter of a mile off the 215, and we are only about 5 minutes from the Harry Reid International Airport.
